I absolutely loved the hotel's decoration and general areas. The design was elegant and had a touch of traditional Turkish charm. The lobby and common areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane. I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and considerate. Sometimes, the children working there seemed busy and not always available to assist with our needs.

In the morning there was buffet breakfast. Really conveniently located hotel.

My recent stay at Ramada was excellent. I was in Ortahisar for a week-long vacation. The hotel offered great amenities including a delicious breakfast and dinner, spacious rooms, a large pool, and multiple elevators. The staff at the reception were friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel also provided a generous parking area on-site.

This hotel is fantastic! The hotel is very clean and has great facilities, including a good size pool and plenty of lifts. The breakfast spread is delicious, and there's a large car parking area on site. Plus, you can easily spot hot air balloons in the morning just outside the hotel!

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the main attractions, which made it easy to explore the city. the hotel provided a shuttle service to the sites, which was a great help. the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety, catering to all types of diets.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend and had a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & Wellness Centre, Indoor Swimming Pool and Turkish Bath were impressive and fulfilled all our needs. the room advantages were also exclusive and added to our comfort-for instance, the Private Facilities and Spa Centre. the Garden Area was a perfect spot to relax and Sun Loungers were an added luxury to the experience. the Service was top-notch, helping us with all our requests. The Restaurant had a great Breakfast with a Swimming Pool and Poolside Snack Bar adding to the luxurious feel of the place. Cons: Our only minor issue was with the Restaurant Buffet, which was quite average and had industrial food.

Located outside the center, the hotel is a great choice for those who want to explore the caves and other sights of the area. the spacious rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer great value. the buffet breakfast and dinner are delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy every taste.

Spent Christmas holidays in this hotel and had a great time! Really enjoyed the Christmas Eve buffet dinner which had plenty of options and delicious desserts. The room was cozy with a comfortable bed, and hot tea/coffee facilities. Also, the hotel is located in a perfect spot, close to all the main attractions yet far enough to have a peaceful stay.

The slow and unreliable internet connection. Also, the breakfast could have had more variety, especially in terms of Turkish cuisine. Lastly, the hot water in the shower took a while to start running and wasn't always consistent. However, overall, it was a lovely stay and my family and I were happy with our experience.
